About the Founder

Neha Malhotra, President of AICI India, is an internationally trained Image Consultant and Master Trainer. With 15+ years of extensive and diverse experience by her side, she has proven her mettle as a great mentor and trainer in her field of expertise.

She is India’s leading AICI Certified Image Professional ( AICI-CIP) who further progressed to be designated as the Founder President of AICI India Delhi Chapter. She has won numerous accolades – The Rising Star Award at The AICI International Conference at Washington DC in 2015, Chosen as one of The Most Influential Women of the World 2017 – Making A Difference (International Coffee Table Book), published Internationally in AICI’s global magazine to name a few.

A Commerce graduate from Delhi University and Master’s in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Pune, she has been working as an In-flight Manager, with the National Flag carrier, Air India Ltd. Her extensive travel across the World gave her an opportunity to acquire comprehensive knowledge about different cultures, trends and lifestyles of different countries. The propinquity to such diverse environments laid way to her developing an eye to fashion, style and culture.

Having undergone extensive trainings in Mumbai and London on different aspects of Image as a Airline Crew member in Air India, she is the perfect blend of the desired characteristics an Image Consultant and Mentor must possess. She is known to have inspired and facilitated many in their transformation journey following a holistic approach. Her expertise in flawlessly customizing your transition to a better self has helped her carve a niche for herself in the flourishing global Image Management arena.
